I think all the Dem appointed SCOTUS judges are weak and leftists. Garland is weak and Leftist but he is also a very corrupt, unethical person. Dodged a bullet not having him on the high court.
I love the fact that Massie grilled Garland specifically on Ray Epps. He made Garland look like an evil old fool.
Better is he just shot himself in the head.

The Ray Epps matter stinks to high heaven. It sure would be nice if someone in power would ask the obvious questions and get basic answers about Epps and his handling by the DOJ and the Democrats.
Of course, this charge is run through the DC Federal District Court
Its not really a court: its a political wing of the woke Fed.gov, and is controlled by the DOJ

At some point, will discovery be used to examine this guy’s bank accounts? I’d like to see 2018 - 2023. Any payments indicating federal employment of any kind? FBI?CIA? Some shell department of some unimportant bureau? You know the feds gave him money. Prove that and you have a solid case.
The way to get this turd burglar is not yet through the corrupt just-us system, but by *lawsuit*. If nothing else, lawsuits drain financial resources, which is already punishment, and then, anybody who tries to bail him out gets “exposure”, and becomes part of the game.
So find some J6’er who is already out of the system to sue Epps, and rake him across the coals.
