I think all the Dem appointed SCOTUS judges are weak and leftists. Garland is weak and Leftist but he is also a very corrupt, unethical person. Dodged a bullet not having him on the high court.
I love the fact that Massie grilled Garland specifically on Ray Epps. He made Garland look like an evil old fool.
I saw him being grilled. It was absolutely pathetic. Our federal government is a joke.
Better is he just shot himself in the head.

The Ray Epps matter stinks to high heaven. It sure would be nice if someone in power would ask the obvious questions and get basic answers about Epps and his handling by the DOJ and the Democrats.
Ray Epps “grilling” as a “witness” in front of the original democrat Jan 6 coverup committee was more of a “praise from the democrats” rather than any questions. Long postulating and presentations from the Congressmen.
Nothing in reply. No explanations, no information from Epps himself.
But those who walked through the Capitol received 2 years solitary confinement, and as much as 18 years in jail for people who did not even enter the building at all! .
Of course, this charge is run through the DC Federal District Court
Its not really a court: its a political wing of the woke Fed.gov, and is controlled by the DOJ

Shoots himself in the foot? I was hoping he would aim higher.
At some point, will discovery be used to examine this guy’s bank accounts? I’d like to see 2018 - 2023. Any payments indicating federal employment of any kind? FBI?CIA? Some shell department of some unimportant bureau? You know the feds gave him money. Prove that and you have a solid case.
The way to get this turd burglar is not yet through the corrupt just-us system, but by *lawsuit*. If nothing else, lawsuits drain financial resources, which is already punishment, and then, anybody who tries to bail him out gets “exposure”, and becomes part of the game.
So find some J6’er who is already out of the system to sue Epps, and rake him across the coals.
It was sounding pretty good for a while there...
If Epps was just one of the regular folks, he would be doing 25 to life like the regular folks.
Some buddy wants him pulled out of the picture.
