Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds is signaling she is likely to endorse Ron DeSantis for president, a move that would give him the support of a popular conservative leader as he looks to close the gap against frontrunner Donald Trump, according to people familiar with the matter.

Endorsements are really not worth much as far as helping a candidate in polls. All it does is get one day in the news cycle, and I don’t care who other people want to vote for, doesn’t influence me one bit.

This is no surprise. Won’t help because everyone knew this.

Is she going to declare
“I’m not a vice president”, too?

How much has Duh-Saintis spent so far in Iowa. I remember the Cruz caucus buy in 2016. Course Cruz did have Oh, Mandy, on CNN…. I still laugh at the Cruz bots hoodwinked by the holy Cruz clap trap….

Her support hasn't moved the needle, and neither will an official long-teased endorsement.

Smart move... probably has the Cardinals winning the Super Bowl this year also.

So who gets to run against her for her next primary?

She’s been “signaling” a DeSantis endorsement since Trump needlessly insulted her.
She needs to be careful. Endorsements by statewide office holders before the caucuses might lead to retaliation, such as losing the “first” status, or multiple candidates skipping Iowa entirely in the future.

I guess we’ll have to see if she bothers to endorse anyone else, once DeSantis decides to quit embarrassing himself, and heads on home.

Who is Kim Reynolds and why would anyone care what she does?

"Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds is signaling she is likely to endorse Ron DeSantis for president"That's odd. Reynolds was a strong Trump supporter and blocked attempts by the Demonicrat IA AG to join lawsuits against Trump.
I wonder why the flip occurred.
