The Biden administration announced Wednesday that it will make $4.6 billion available to help states, localities and tribes implement their climate plans.
The funds represent the bulk of a $5 billion effort under the Inflation Reduction Act to help local and state governments cut their greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution.
The administration has already put an additional $250 million to help them develop the plans.
Biden administration officials told reporters that four states — Florida, Iowa, Kentucky and South Dakota — declined to participate; major metropolitan areas in those states did receive planning grants.

I’m sure trillions have already been expended via companies and their campaigns.
No details on exactly how the money is to be spent to achieve the fake climate goal.
Anybody who has “climate plans” is deeply insane—no known cure except lobotomy.
Why are we wasting money of a friggin’ Congress?! The Demented Pedo has taken over their jobs.
They are smarter than us, because they have figured out how to get lots of free money from us.
Woo whooo! More kickbacks to the dems coming!
Repubs envious.
“they have figured out how to get lots of free money from us”
.Gov has become organized crime—ruthless sociopaths.
The entire federal government is a corrupt money laundering scheme. They barely try to his it.
Well our POTUS has a natural lobotomy....
I think actually we are past the trillion dollar mark in total money spent on “climate change.” So far there has been no detectable change in the rate of CO2 production, and no detectable change in the climate. But maybe just a few more trillion to the right people…
& this boondoggle is coming from “Inflation Reduction Act” aka slush fund
“No details on exactly how the money is to be spent to achieve the fake climate goal.”

DC doesn’t do accountability and details, and it certainly doesn’t measure results. It just spends with abandon, hence our growing $30 trillion debt.
That’s Congress’s responsibility.
I’m beginning to wonder how I can get some of Biden’s giveaways of our money.
How is this happening - where is the House of Rep. I thought they controlled the money????? Biden (or whoever it actually is) are apparently to dictate almost whatever they want.
What congressional bill authorized this expenditure? Asking Mr McCarthy to respond!
The only known cure is Jesus!
Sad but true
Senate and House had narrow Dem majorities and they passed it.
Dems enact legislation which they use in the future to expand their power.
Repubs pass legislation for short term liberal congratulations, which Dems use in the future to expand their power.
This entire CO2 climate Bullsh!t is based on using the 1990 Clean Air Act.
(Thanks @sshole Bush 1.0 !)
