The Deep State made Trump pubic enemy number one the day he announced in 2015...

It has been all about Trump and his supporters every day since..

Good for Trump not being silenced by your govt or their social media cronies..

I’m a Trump supporter and while he may have helped here is the guy who saved Paxton:

Trump and Tony know each other, Tony raised $$ for Trump but pushed away over the “grab the pu$$y” comment but later gave money for Trumps inauguration:

With all due respect Donald the Texas House managers ran in to a BuzzSaw.

I watched most of the trial. It was defense attorneys who got him off. They did a real good job.

He may have done what he said.

However, his need to claim ownership, like putting his name on all his buildings and selling his name to others to do the same, is too much ego.

“Thoughts concerns?”

Not sure about ‘concerns’, but I cannot but help thinking that the Republicans in the Texas House would NOT have hung themselves out to be DECIMATED if they knew that the Texas Senate was NOT going to convict Paxton.

To put it another way, they voted to Impeach Paxton, knowing that the Texas Senate would confirm the vote and remove him...even though the Texas Senate is Republican, while the Texas House answers to the Democrats.

So what changed? I strongly suspect that this move got FAR MORE ATTENTION than the Texas House ever intended, and with that, Trump and others made it into a litmus test in the Texas Senate, and other than a couple of soon-to-be-unemployed Republicans there, the Senate understood what it would mean to side with the House Democrats and thus chose the opposite.

“Mr. Trump needs to STFU sometimes, not everything is about him.”

Sure it is!

You should be more grateful to Trump! You would be floating around in space if he didn’t bring us gravity!

I think this is true-Pres Trump came out hitting hard in favor of Paxton early on, trashing Phelan and the other RINO’s/Bushies for being DC puppets. And he has been supportive of gov Abbot and Paxton for their hard stance on immigration since he was pres...

Apparently some, if not all, of the witnesses were not under oath in the House investigation. Once they were under oath in the Senate- their stories changed. Actual physical evidence? Not there.

I believe that the House was convinced that Paxton would resign rather than face a trial in the Senate.

They were wrong.

Who do you think brought you the beautiful air? All the very, very breathable air with plenty of oxygen. One of the greatest achievements of mankind.

“DeSanctimonious wanted to skimp and include only 5% oxygen, but I said quadruple it, infact make it 20.9%”. Meatball was against oxygen before he was for it.”

He has a tiny fraction of the reach he had on the old twitter. So I doubt it did much.

6.37 mil followers as of now. On X he’s got 87.3 million.

I think the bottom line is this (and the numbers of people in either case are staggering): you’re either gonna love PDJT, or despise and resent him — twitter, X, or not. He is well known and has been for decades.
