Wild woman Rep. Lauren Boebert squeezed in a quick groping session between vaping and loudly singing during her already-infamous “Beetlejuice” viewing — later blaming her inappropriate behavior on her ongoing divorce.
Security footage from Denver’s Buell Theatre Sunday shows the 36-year-old Colorado Republican reaching down for her date’s crotch shortly after blowing a plume of vaporized smoke into the air, which she initially denied doing.
When her date — Democratic Aspen [gay] bar owner Quinn Gallagher, 46 — in turn appeared to fondle her breast, the congresswoman aggressively grabbed his hand to keep it there.
The heavy petting was just one immature action in a series by Boebert, which led theater staff to boot the pair out before the end of the show.
Multiple audience members complained that the firebrand was smoking, obstructing their view by raising her hands, taking pictures with the flash on and loudly singing.
The lawmaker flipped the ushers off before finally leaving the venue — but not before warning them she would report them over the incident.
“Do you know who I am?” she was quoted as saying.
Boebert also admitted to smoking from an electronic device inside the theater, walking back on initial claims by her campaign team that other audience members mistook “heavy fog machines” for vape pen smoke.
A pregnant woman sitting behind the rowdy duo said that she asked Boebert to stop smoking, prompting the pol to call her “a sad and miserable person.”

I would vote for her if she was my congress-slut. But she’s not. Hell, she’s unlikely to be reelected anyway.
Because she had a very narrow victory last time, and she is trying to win more votes for next election from democrats and gays.
She’s a solid conservative. She’s done a few things she shouldn’t have such as the theater problem, but she’s right on the issues and a reliable vote. Anyone else who wins her district will be worse, probably much worse.

I'm not defending the guy, but let's not forget that the Democrats are seeing Republicans with a 4-seat majority and one member still out recovering from injuries sustained after falling off of his roof.If they can take out Santos, that leaves them with a two-vote swing, and we have plenty of swing voters on our side who may be tempted to buck the party from time to time.
Besides, if they can take out Santos, they will likely ramp up their machine to target others until they can retake the majority.
It's just how the Democrats roll, and we will have to suck it up and tolerate our own bad seeds when things are this close and Democrats are ruthless at playing small ball.
Boebert is being targeted for removal from the House to whittle away the four seat lead the Republicans have.
Santos is simply the weakest one of four.The Democrats are on the hunt for three more seats they can claw back to retake the House by any means necessary.

As you point out she has 98% lifetime rating from Heritage Foundation. That trumps bad behavior in a stupid movie theater for an hour. Her theater behavior did not affect my lifestyle. Her keeping a check on taxes affects my entire life, including where I can live, where I can send my children to school, what foods I can afford to eat. It does not get any more basic than that.
And how does this compare to what democrats do, you know like Bill Clinton and the rest of the pervets.
Could have been more discrete, like a BJ in the oval office, not in public view. It stinks of set up.

of course I’m in my 75th year of life with the dentures to prove it, so I can be forgiven a bit of myopic optimism...
She had a good act and she votes right
Who cares if she is trailer trash? She still votes right.
The Democrats follow this rule, and it works. We are not electing people to the legislature who are candidates for sainthood. Most of them are thieves and grifters, barely held in check by the pretenses they must uphold to stay in office. And that is "our guys". The Democrats are much worse.
When Boebert starts voting wrong, it will be time to eject her from Congress. Just about everything else should be forgiven. That is the nasty reality of power politics.
I don't like unstable woman who are "acting out" after a divorce or other personal crisis. They tend to be very unpredictable and can damage people around them. That is to me a legitimate reason to be wary of Boebert now.
But, so far, she still votes right.
Let's see if she can recover from her personal problems before we kick her to the curb.
I think she can count on the 400 slut votes from the district, whether they were cooperative or liberal....they will see her as an inspiration.
My question is how did so many here get fooled? .......... Politicians only represent their districts, bummer! She’s a republican AOC, but with a lot more smarts. Could be worse, like the Democrat married to her brother. They make a BFD out of it? They have to travel on the late night NYC Subway.
Like the old song goes: “Nobody Knows What Goes On Behind Closed Doors.” It wasn’t what Clinton did in the bedroom that got him in trouble. It was what he did in the Oval Office.
Think of Wilbur Mills, another Arkansan who was King of Washington until he was caught frolicking after hours in the Tidal Basin or the Reflecting Pool.
