Election Integrity Win: Arizona Court Rules Against State's 'Unlawful Signature Matching Process'
Western Journal ^ | 9/5/2023 | Randy DeSoto

The public interest group Restoring Integrity and Trust in Elections declared it had secured a “massive win” for election integrity following a Friday Arizona court ruling in its favor.

In March, RITE sued Democratic Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes arguing his office’s Elections Procedures Manual violates the law regarding the mail-inn ballot signature verification process.

“While state law requires county recorders to match mail-ballot signatures with signatures in the voter’s ‘registration record,’ the Secretary instructed them to use a broader and less reliable universe of comparison signatures,” the group said in a Monday news release.

“That means the Secretary was requiring ballots to be counted despite using a signature that did not match anything in the voter’s registration record. This was a clear violation of state law,” RITE asserted.

The court said that the “statute is clear and unambiguous” requiring “the recorder to review the voter’s registration card” and not other documents with the voter’s signature.

Napper further noted, “There is no ambiguity in the statute or process.”

So what’s the remedy?

Who knows, besides ‘updating their manual’. This case is exactly what Lake was crowing about and she got shot down by the AZ courts.

This group proved its case.

If it was up to me: Tar & feathers.

So here’s yet another proven case of election fraud perpetrated by a state government in a federal election.

Wonder if this will have any impact on the kangaroo sham verdict in Kari Lake's case, where cheat-by-mail-ins were shown on camera being 'verified' by a geek at a computer who merely clicked 'next' without scrolling down to compare the signature on the ballot with the signature of record. This one geek 'verified' over 100,000 ballots at an average of 3 seconds per ballot. The hack judge said that there was no law saying how long the election official had to take to verify each signature, and if Maricopa officials were satisfied with the result, then everything was just fine.

Of course, an easy remedy would be to audit the mail-ins and do the job that the election official did not do by actually comparing the signatures. But we all know that the Uniparty will fight against that tooth and nail. The last thing RINOs want is MAGA candidates winning.

“Democratic Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes instructed county recorders to use a broader and less reliable universe of comparison signatures...the Secretary was requiring ballots to be counted despite using a signature that did not match anything in the voter’s registration record.”

Why am I still amazed and shocked at the brazen lawlessness of Democrats? This is really unbelievable. “Here, use this universe of signatures. Find one that matches.”

When is Fontes to report to the Yuma Territorial Prison?

Wonder if this will have any impact on the kangaroo sham verdict in Kari Lake's case,

That was my first thought as well. I was surprised that it hadn't been posted here.

“So what’s the remedy?”

That’s a very good question. My money says there isn’t one.

“In a Friday ruling rejecting a motion to dismiss the case filed by Fontes and the group Mi Familia Vota, Yavapai County Superior Court Judge John Napper agreed with RITE’s conclusion concerning the law.”

Expect this to be overturned with something like lack of standing.

The truth does not matter, only hiding the steal is important.

When will RITE be indicted by Jack Smith for interfering with the election process by investigating it?

Another AZ election item. Must be written by the same guy that won’t bar Trump from the ballot on Wednesday.

Your information tells me that Arizona never did a thorough analysis of the ballots. I thought we were told Arizona did a recount and it found that Trump got less votes.

There was a kind of protracted recount/audit, not sure the specific issues being examined. I do remember the state Senate told the senators behind the audit they wouldn’t defend them from lawsuits if the report said there was fraud.

The remedy? State election officials promise to do everything on the up and up and nobody needs to oversee it. We trust them, just like we did in 2020.
