If you look at the records of real estate transactions, you see stuff like this all the time. And it’s done for a number of reasons. None of them our business. LOL.

I DO NOT TRUST ZILLOW AT ALL.
I had my property listed for sale before Covid.
I bought the land/well/septic/power from one person-—THAT was recorded on County records.
Bought the house from another—a dealer. Direct sale.
I had it listed for about $385,000, IIRC.
Zillow got up & trashed me because all THEY saw was the LAND transfer for $55,000 on the county records.
IF their “EXPERTS” are that brain dead-—that I didn’t ADD thousands of $$$$$ of fencing & garage, OUT OF MY POCKET etc-—then they have NO right to make such statements.
I am still furious with them.
But that didn’t stop Golden Turd from posting it on FR as quick as they could did it?!
