Former Mayor Rudy Giuliani — once known fondly around the world as “America’s Mayor” — was forced to pose for a mugshot Wednesday in the case accusing him of trying to unlawfully overturn the result of Georgia’s 2020 presidential election.

The grim photo of the unsmiling Giuliani was released by the Fulton County Sheriff’s office shortly before 5 p.m.

“They’re going to degrade themselves by doing a mugshot of me, like people won’t recognize me,” the one-time lawyer for former President Donald Trump told reporters Wednesday morning as he left his Upper East Side apartment to surrender to officials in Atlanta.

Why the need to release the photo except to rub it in his face.

It’s still kr@p and needs to be reformed.

I have parking tickets from various locales that I have never paid. Mistakes were made in the documentation. Catch me if you can, parking Nazis. [”Free” parking is one meme that has helped to make America great.]

There is one [actually two, the “ill” State is illegitimate] State where I will never again buy vehicular fuel to deprive them of fuel tax revenue.

All of my vehicles have a range of > 500 miles.

I’m glad I don’t remember that time.

I remember it well. April, 2007. The Great Purge.

A lot of good FReepers were shown the door and a lot of others left in solidarity.

This place has never been the same.

You’ve been saying that for years. Will you still be saying that when President Trump is imprisoned?

The Democrats are similar to spoiled rich kid that has never been denied anything or told “no”. In this case the spoiled rich kid thinks they can do what ever they wanted without any consequences. There is no self reflection on how their actions will be perceived as they have to power to destroy any that oppose them.

It is a perverse irony (most likely by design) that all the charges being brought by the Democrats are the ones committed by the Clinton, Obama and the Bidens. I truly believe they are getting real pleasure in their cleverness in destroying one of the major obstacle to their goals.

They may very well succeed in this endeavor as they really do hold all the cards of power, the DOJ, the CIA, the FBI and Congress, not sure how the supreme court will rule but I suspect they are compromised as well.

But success at what price, for there will be a price to be paid.

Just how close is America to the tipping point?

“Just how close is America to the tipping point?”

That’s a good question. But things are not headed in a good direction.

Thank you for referencing that article ChicagoConservative27.

"Rudy Giuliani, once ‘America’s Mayor,’ gets mugshot in Georgia jail"

As a side note to this thread, please consider the following.

With all due respect to freeper parents, please consider the following analysis concerning Georgia.

If parents were making sure that their children were being taught about their constitutionally enumerated protections against ballot box fraud, then their now adult children voters would be able to explain MAJOR constitutional problems with 2020 and 2022 elections as follows.

“3. The Constitution was written to be understood by the voters [emphasis added]; its words and phrases were used in their normal and ordinary as distinguished from technical meaning; where the intention is clear, there is no room for construction and no excuse for interpolation or addition.” —United States v. Sprague, 1931.

Regardless that the corrupt MSM pulled the inapplicable (imo) "state sovereignty" card on J6 in defense of Georgia and other alleged activist states, Pence and corrupt elite Democrats and RINOs still falsely (imo) claiming to this day that "election was not stolen" (because bully Democrats say so) to sidestep the MAJOR constitutional problem that Trump's allegations of Democratic ballot box fraud have never been heard in court, please consider the following from a related thread.

Regarding alleged ballot box fraud in Georgia for 2020 and 2022 elections, the corrupt government / media coup stubbornly continues to ignore the forest for the trees imo.

More specifically, if Pence and the J6 Congress had upheld their oaths to protect and defend the Constitution by voting to investigate allegations concerning possible violations of the 12th Amendment (electoral vote rules) and Section 2 of the 14th Amendment (14A), that section a penalty for states where ballot box fraud has occurred, then we might have more facts concerning what we've now heard about alleged Georgia ballot box scandal.

Regarding the Section 2 penalty, consider the "hair trigger," zero tolerance wording of that clause that screams for the feds to investigate allegations of vote-counting fraud.

Consider that ballot box tampering effectively weakens the constitutionally enumerated voting power of qualified citizen voters imo.

In fact, if this were a better world, the federal government should be warning the states before every election that the feds will be darkening their doorway to investigate complaints about vote-counting problems.

Democratic and Republican Trump-supporting patriots need to get ready ASAP to support hopeful Trump 47 by primarying ALL state and federal, lawmakers and executives, except for MTG, Gaetz (and others?), for the 2024 primaries.

After all, lawmakers and executives continue to show that they do not have the patriotism and leadership skills necessary to find legislative support for effective remedies for unconstitutional government policies.

Exclusive: Marjorie Taylor Greene ‘Dumbfounded’ GOP Colleagues Will Not Call for Biden’s Impeachment! (6.10.23)

In fact, consider that, since one of the very few powers that the states have expressly constitutionally given to the big, bad federal government to dictate peacetime domestic policy is to run the US Mail Service (most federal domestic policy actually based on stolen state powers imo), the worst problem that the country would otherwise be looking at with a new Congress of Trump-supporting freshman lawmakers is arguably a delay with mail delivery.

Trump can endorse candidates from lists that patriots who respect the federal government's constitutionally limited powers provide for him, as long as candidates are not incumbents, candidates also promising to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments after they win office.

The definition of insanity is reelecting your beloved career state and federal lawmakers and executives over and over again, expecting those same politicians to find remedies for unconstitutional government policies every time.

Patriots, let's not allow ourselves to be fooled for third time in 2024 by the corrupt, constitutionally undefined political parties that have pirated control of state and federal governments.

“Because he was indicted by Fulton County for an alleged crime. You do not have to live in a jurisdiction to be charged with a crime there.”

I’m not a lawyer. In fact, I have no legal training at all. However, I have watched thousands of hours of television. So based on that, and what I want to be true, I have to say you’re wrong. Not only should you not be able to be charged for a crime in a state where you don’t live, my legal opinion is that you can’t even be charged for a crime in one precinct of a city if you live in a different precinct.

I’m pretty sure that’s in the constitution. I’m not a constitutional scholar either.
