If he was active on Social Media such motivation is likely to be discovered there. Sad that this woman had to lose her life over somebody’s personal melt down. Arguing one’s point is one thing, but trying to physically harm someone who is not endangering you is wrong.

The first is that he, the "shooter," was on foot after leaving the shooting. Seems an odd thing, and especially odd as there are indications he exchanged gun fire with officers. Suicide by police?
Second, in a social media comment he claimed to have lived in Florida "for twenty years." So how did the family get to Lake Arrowhead? It is an issue about Ikeguchi's family specifically because one reads a couple of details:

Why was he reported "missing" if an adult and 27 years old? Why would the local police receive such a report if missing only for a day> What would have been a cause for concern by a "family" to make such a report?

But the media is having a field day associating a murderer killed in “a lethal force encounter" with deputies after shooting at "multiple patrol vehicles" after WALKING away from a crime with Christianity.
The major media have amplified this theme, as if a Christian killed, when we all would agree a true Christian would not.
But an individual with mental health issues would.
