I heard that the House investigators are now going to subpoena the Biden’s tax records for their bribery and corruption investigation.
Glad there is now precedent allowing Congress to access presidential tax records.

And now they will be using these fake charges to cast such a wide net to gather co-conspirators.

Then subpoena all of those places and all devices logged on there.
Good thing that there are Constitutional protections against such, except in certain criminal proceedings. /s

To prosecute an American on the basis of this is like taxing a person for capital gains on investments without having profited from the sale.

They want to tax your 'gains' on investments, including your IRAs and 401Ks, on unrealized profits that you have not actually received yet.
SO say your IRA or stock portfolio is worth, on paper, 25% more today that it was when you opened it, you would have to pay the 'tax' on the 25% increase.
But, curiously, you do not get to claim a 'loss' if the value declines 25%...................

Some judge surely must have made a mistake and by that mistake made the evidence gathered useless to the prosecution.
