The latest unsealed court filings shows that special counsel Jack Smith has all of President Donald Trump’s direct messages, including the deleted and unsent ones.
We learned last week that the feds served Twitter with a warrant for Trump’s account. The company resisted. The court then fined the platform $350,000 and held it in contempt.
The judge suspected Twitter wanted to delay the handover because CEO Elon Musk wanted “to cozy up” to Trump.
I rolled my eyes.
The government demanded everything. It seemed that no one in the room knew anything about the old fleets. Remember those? Twitter tried to copy Facebook/Instagram stories.
How can I take any of them seriously if they have no idea what they’re even asking for?
The court also told Twitter to include “searches on the platform surrounding the 2020 election, devices used to log into the account, IP addresses used to log into the account and a list of associated accounts.”
Even unsent ones? They are insanely looking for something, anything.

This is another trap by Trump.

There used to be this Constitution here, 4th Amendment:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
There is nothing even remotely criminal about the tweets and nothing that Trump has not said 100 times in public.

I dont think he has anything to hide. He thinks he was robbed. He tried any avenue to reclaim his throne without breaking any laws…. The left has very short memories and a penchant for mangling the truth with decontextualized quotes and actions as well as outright lies.
