Ever eager to twist and contort the boundaries of the law, the flexibility inherent in conspiracy law is a perfect tool for malicious abuse on the part of corrupt and politically weaponized prosecutors. In the Fulton County case, the prosecutor attempts to criminalize First Amendment speech, including Trump’s tweets, by considering them as “overt acts” in furtherance of Trump’s alleged plan to overturn the Georgia election results. As a consequence, the Georgia indictment registers the following tweets as effectively illegal in the context of this ridiculous conspiracy charge.
That’s right, calling on supporters to watch conservative news channel OANN is an “overt act” and therefore essentially illegal in this context according to Fulton County DA’s office!

Essentially they are arguing that Trump trying to “overturn” the election, which he used synonymously with the term “flip”, is the illegal act. That means to “flip” a state from one candidate to another, after the election is held, but before it is certified, is illegal.
That means that every state that had Trump leading on election night, and then Biden winning later, was “overturned”. So we just have to figure out who “conspired” to cause that to happen, and we can prosecute them all!

Same thing happened in MO. The voters of St Louis happily elected and reelected Kim Gardner. It took years for the state Attorney General to pile up enough evidence of her long-term malfeasance in office to force her to resign. Of course she is not in jail.

I don’t think the indictment was actually prepared by the black female Soros token in Georgia. Meritless Garland and Jack Smith drew up the indictment and sent it to the token. She barely has two brain cells to rub together. The clueless court clerk assigned a court case and judge to the indictment and published it on the docket (nobody hacked in to post it). They only pulled it down when some of the press started reporting on it. Then they realized that the Grand Jury hadn’t voted on a true bill yet. Now they were forced to rush it through. Not that hard with a Grand Jury with a cumulative IQ of less than 100, Heard witnesses, information, and spent time in considered evaluation and reached a decision in less than 12 hours?
