Well , even the staunch conservatives of Free Republic , were scared early in 2020 , with all the talk of a mysterious deadly disease sweeping the country and the world.
It would be interesting to go back into the archives of Free Republic, to see what people were saying then, versus what they say now.
The consensus now on Free Republic is that vaccine mandates are bad, wearing masks is bad , and shutting down the country as we did was bad. It’s easy to say that now but what were people saying then as we lived through it?

This sickness is consuming the entire world. I’d argue the world is looking to the USA, once something happens here it’ll trigger it everywhere.

It is my belief that not only will Trump be cleared of ALL charges in ALL of these cases that he will then spend the rest of his life going after and suing everyone involved in this to his dying breath.
They’ll notice when they start getting hungry, but by then it will be too late.
How will the American people react.
That's the key question. People are just now starting to pay attention to this, but normalcy bias is going to be hard to overcome.
But this is not anything like normal, and IMHO the key to survival will be having enough people realize soon enough that this would be the end of the constitutional order and the rule of law.

Cleared how? By who? Rabid leftists in charge of the DOJ in multiple locations within the legal system? Have you seen any of the GOPers stand up and speak out against this “latest” travesty?
