The Georgia grand jury investigating former President Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in the Peach State handed up 10 indictments Monday night.
After approximately 10 hours of hearing testimony and voting on potential charges, the bill was presented to Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney, who signed off on the charges shortly before 9 p.m.
Hours earlier, the court clerk’s office appeared to prematurely post the potential charges Trump was facing in the case.
The prematurely posted docket included 13 counts against the 77-year-old former president, including violation of the Peach State’s anti-racketeering law, conspiracy, false statements and asking a public official to violate their oath of office.
It was unclear when the actual indictment would be unsealed by the clerk’s office, nor was it immediately known whether Trump or his key allies like former Mayor Rudy Giuliani would be charged in the case.

Correct, none were deleted but the charge alleges that Trump tried and was stumped by his bad hiring choices who couldn’t figure out how to do it, or who to do it. Sad, not even as competent as Hillary when it came to deletions. There’s a joke in there. Anyway, I do wonder what the truth of that charge is, since Trump at the time bragged publicly about the video recordings, and at the time I was hoping and even commented on FR that he should release them.

For now I defend Trump 100%, while still being neutral at this point with regards to 2024. A lot can happen between now and then, so there’s no need for me to choose now.
As far as what goes on between Trump and DeSantis, it’s typical polititcal BS that comes with every election. It’s just the nature of the beast.

I have never hear or read that “nickname” except on FR where it is used with degrogatory intent. Why can’t we leave it as Trump Supporters, DeSantis supporters and remain polite as we are a shared community of mostly conservatives, patriots, many veterans, all Americans? Besides, end of day, we’ll all be rallying around the eventual Republican nominee in about one year. One year!
