I’m sorry. While I absolutely believe and have no doubt that the CCP harvests organs from political prisoners, many who may be alive and thus killed in the process, the description in the post strains credibility.
I’m not a doctor nor am I an expert in organ transplants but why would they perform the organ removal in some dirty van and not in a hospital? In such a non-sterile environment I would think the risk of infection to the recipient would be high.
And I’m pretty sure you don’t remove kidneys by slicing open the stomach and just reaching in and grabbing them, yanking them out by hand. A kidney transplant requires that the main artery that brings blood to the kidney and the vein taking the blood out and the tube that takes urine from the kidney into the bladder. It is not a complicated surgery but still a delicate one. If the artery, vein and tube that carries urine from “donors” kidney is damaged, the transplant cannot be successful.
Also, while corneas can be transplanted, whole eyeballs cannot and I’m not sure how viable corneas would be viable under the removal as described.
