Judge Eileen Cannon smells Grand Jury abuse by Jack Smith.
To: Macho MAGA Man
Odd for a judge to make recommendations to a party in a proceeding, so it must be pretty blatant.
Why, though, would DOJ move from DC?

Aileen Mercedes Cannon is a Colombian-born American lawyer who currently serves as a federal judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

The real news is never the news. Chaos and the unthinkable are around the corner for everyone. Focus on the essentials: provisions and God.

Why, though, would DOJ move from DC? Because they know the indictment is BS and a loss or overturn in DC would be hugely embarrassing. But in FL they can claim the jury is biased...........

So that’s three foreign born female judges who are participated in Trump’s indictments. Not one American born judge is to be found. Amazing!

All of the indictments should be moved outside of DC to a location more in line with Trump to give him a jury of his peers, not in a 99% Democrat city.

It looks like this order relates to one of the co-defendants, not Trump (at least not directly).

Is it because a Florida conviction cannot be pardoned later?
Or is that not true because it’s still a federal court?

That's not the issue. The issue is grand jury abuse in DC with everything done in secrecy in DC in order to keep it all in SWAMP FAMILY before rolling it out in FL.
Cheers to Cannon!

I wonder if Judge Cannon just might be telling both parties and us (the forgotten electoriate) that there will be no lynching, political or otherwise in her courtroom.

Levin show covered this last night. Very interesting in that the guest said the grand jury is DC was so perverted by attorney client piercing they had to sanitize the info and send it to an unrelated grand jury for presentation.
IMO there is no other reason to move that aspect of the witch hunt to Florida.
Whatever country is here in future years will look upon this from a point in history similar to the 44BC killing of Caesar. The deep state at that time needed to protect itself at all costs.

Why, though, would DOJ move from DC?Because the alleged criminal acts involved documents in FL: they didn't have any choice but to file in FL. They tried to move the trial to DC, but Cannon slapped that down, too.

Sounds like good cause for summary dismissal of charges against Trump and a criminal prosecution against Smith.

Thanks CWB. That should have been obvious to me and it makes sense. Why didn’t they do the whole thing in Florida instead of holding the grand jury in DC and moving the trial to Florida. My guess is that they would’ve had trouble getting an indictment in Florida.
