Well, gee, Ben, I dunno;;;; maybe he could start acting like a Democrat and start making people’s lives miserable. Maybe he could actually be the Chief Exectutive over the EXECUTIVE branch, which is totally controlled by the PRESIDENT!! Gosh, even Biteme and O’Kenyan were able to pull that off. Who the hell did Trump ever fire when he was in office, anyway? Clinton, Obama, Biden all cleaned house at the Pentagon, at CIA, at DOJ-—— what did Trump do? Mean tweets?

He also vowed to lock Hillary up.

I’m not buying it this time.

Unless he goes scorched earth and ignores congress on all his cabinet picks, he’d be hamstrung even worse this tine.

So, Trump thinks the President has arrest powers? Or that the rank and file at DOJ would listen to him at all? Donald sounds like he is hitting the sauce

It's sounds like you're drinking the Administrative State Kool-Aid.

That’s not prosecution power. And what AG would actually try to do such a thing anyway on Trump’s behalf, after all that has been said and done?

when is desantas going to use his authority as gov of FL to stop contain or otherwise prevent the flow of illegals into Florida? why has he not secured FL from invaders? how is that doing a good job for the citizens of his state? to top off the poor job desantis is doing he shipped some around the country - dumping his poor choice to not secure his borders (since Fed is not doing their job by the constitution either) onto other citizens of the USZA in the states where he dropped the illegals. As we know some illegals are into crime and harming citizens as they go about being here illegal. Again, I ask how is desantis doing fine as governor so far as you seem to think?

He costs his states citizens more and more and desantis has guilt in it as well as any crimes those illegals he allows into his state commits, anywhere in the USA.

Trump during 2016 campaign: "Lock her up!"

Trump one month after he won 2016: "lol, just kidding"

Who'd fall for this again?

No one should, but many will.

Prosecuting your political opponent is a red line in politics, it takes someone as stupid, incompetent, and immoral as Joe Biden to do it.

Of course, the democrat party isn’t a political party as we usually define it — more like an aspiring mobster oligarchy.

Not at all. I understand how stuff works. It’s like when Trump says he wants to get rid of Civil Service. It’s red meat, but it isn’t legal.

Trump is going to talk himself into a gag order. That’ll give people something to talk about.

Article II of the US Constitution says, "the executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States.”

That’s not prosecution power. And what AG would actually try to do such a thing anyway on Trump’s behalf, after all that has been said and done?

Who does the AG answer to?

Exactly. That's why President Trump had to disappoint those who wanted to see Hillary behind bars. She deserved it, but it would have been weaponization of the government on an unprecedented level never seen before.

Maybe DJT is planning to deputize some Red Blooded Americans citizens to drag Biden to justice. Hell, drag his ENTIRE FAMILY IN TOO!!

Would they be considered Bounty Hunters? Bet any list of volunteers would be YUGE!!!

Trump wouldn’t prosecute Biden or anyone else without the approval of his RINO friends like Lindsey Graham, who he has endorsed and who he was praising in South Carolina last night saying, “He’s a good man, solves a lot of problems.”

“Not sure how PDJT plans to get the so-called “justice” department to be anything other than an auxiliary of the Democrat Party.” Many have run for office on that very theme of going after Trump so...............
