The president does not prosecute, it is wrong when Biden does it, it would be wrong if Trump does it. Maybe it will excite people, but it is just talk. Anyway, Trump is, by his record of appointments, more likely to appoint an AG and FBI head that will immediately recuse themselves from anything involving Biden and instead turn their attention back on Trump.

Trump could pardon Biden claiming we need to get past this and unite.
