President is not only the commander in chief, he is also the chief law enforcement officer of the Federal laws of the USA.
For DOJ fire every appointee since Bush.
Hire Mark Levin to over see interviews of
replacements.

Move DOJ HQ to Davis Monthan AFB. Put up tents.
That will clear out the swamp critters and leave only the dedicated behind.

That is a start and well within his powers and budget, by law.

He promised to put Hillary in jail, and that didn’t work out.

He did not.

What’s the problem of telling folks your plans if you’re elected? I wish our governor would have told us here in Florida what his plans were going to be of we re-elected him.

“The president does not prosecute, it is wrong when Biden does it, it would be wrong if Trump does it.”

We like to split hairs, don’t we. He is obviously referring to enforcing the law, which is part of his oath of office.

So, Trump thinks the President has arrest powers? Or that the rank and file at DOJ would listen to him at all?

Donald sounds like he is hitting the sauce.

“ Military tribunals? What is treason?”

Military tribunals are illegal where courts are open.

“The president does not prosecute, it is wrong when Biden does it, it would be wrong if Trump does it”

El Wrongo ... the President IS the single person charged with enforcing and executing the law. The Attorney General’s powers exist FROM the President’s powers.
The President can start, or stop an investigation. And yes, he can even elect to conduct it himself.
The Founders even discussed this at length.

Wishful thinking. Either Biden will pardon himself before he leaves or Harris will do it. Therefore leaving Trump powerless to do anything to him.

Well, as the president should control the justice department, Trump absolutely failed to during his first term and picked bad people, and I sure don’t see how he would do any different in the second term. Who would he picked to run it?

I most HEARTILY support scorched and salted earth!

The Democrat Party has to be made totally superfluous!

Rendered unnecessary and useless!

What does DeSantis have to do with Trump proclaiming he’s going to go after people if he gets elected? I just think sounding vindictive while asking for Supreme Court intervention in his lawsuits is unwise.

DeSantis has a smartphone and the ability to think outside of his gubernatorial office, as do most governors. I will criticize him if he isn’t doing his job, but he seems to be fine on that point thus far.

Wouldn’t it be interesting if Trump decided to run for governor of Florida in the future? :)

I didn’t know that Presidents had the power to prosecute anyone.

Article II of the US Constitution says, "the executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States.”

Agreed. And while the Athenian philosophers here debate whether a President can prosecute his opponent, it's happening before their very eyes!

It is time. As President Trump said: Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution.
