Forrmer President Donald Trump on Friday called on the Supreme Court to intervene in the numerous lawsuits against him, citing it as election interference.
"CRAZY! My political opponent has hit me with a barrage of weak lawsuits, including D.A., A.G., and others, which require massive amounts of my time & money to adjudicate," Trump posted on TRUTH Social.
"Resources that would have gone into Ads and Rallies, will now have to be spent fighting these Radical Left Thugs in numerous courts throughout the Country," the post continued. "I am leading in all Polls, including against Crooked Joe, but this is not a level playing field. It is Election Interference, & the Supreme Court must intercede. MAGA!"
Trump was indicted Tuesday as part of a special counsel Jack Smith's federal grand jury probe into the former president's efforts to challenge the 2020 election results and the former president's role in the subsequent Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot.
Trump was charged with four counts, including conspiracy to defraud, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of, and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.

No court will move to derail any of these prosecutions.Some will refuse because they’re cheering them on...others because of cowardice.
If they ‘intervene’ wouldn’t that be ‘election interference’ as well?..................
If you prevent election interference it is interference and if you don't prevent it you would be interfering by not intervening.
And of course, John Roberts will give him The middle Finger.
He’s not wrong. This insanity must stop. But, given how they treated him in 2020... I am not going to hold out hope or hold my breath.
Plus trump is in a no win situation. Don’t try to stop them at scotus and it’s death by a thousand cuts.
Scotus stops them and he gets beat over the head with 78 (million? billion?) “pending” charges and having to have scotus “protect him” with it’s “conservative” majority by democrats and their media (But I repeat myself)
I just wish the GOP House would immediately strip any further funding for these prosecutors upon their return after Labor Day.
Meanwhile, Caroline Wren told Steve Bannon this morning that Brandon & Co. are flush with their campaign coffers while MAGA is practically destitute because the mega donors are anti-Trump.

If the Court is true to their Strict Construction philosophy, they will remain silent.

1000% this is election interference and political motivated. The documents case, which is ridiculous, seems the most problematic.
I do not see him getting a fair trial in DC.
We should be more concerned with how the Left will react if Trump isn't found guilty in whatever the first trial is or even if he is found guilty. I could easily see them making the 2020 summer a love look like a backyard BBQ.
If he won back the White House in 2024 how would they act & react? Realistically he cannot afford to be distracted by non-sense like the Russia Hoax that unfairly hung over his first term and made his own party skeptical.
I do not like DeSantis at all. I hope a different alternative to Trump emerges should an alternative be necessary.

Yep. They have to wait for an appeal after a conviction. I see no mechanism to derail the prosecution other than the judge. That’s a a non-starter.

Yeah, using your online social media platform certainly isn’t the way to go about it......my heart goes out to him but sometimes I wonder about the man.
