Levin’s public advice to President Trump’s legal team involved encouraging them “to seek an emergency hearing before the U.S. Supreme Court.” This SCOTUS hearing would not be called to decide the validity of any of the former president’s legal issues but “to at least temporarily halt the abomination of this legal warfare that is unfolding in front of us.” With this lawfare, Levin explained, “the Democrats and anti-Trump Republicans are unashamedly celebrating the use of the courts by the Biden administration and Democrat DA’s to further their political wishes, as the rest of the nation watches in shock.” “The Biden administration has created a legal morass,” wrote Levin, like we’ve “never seen or experienced in American history, as applies to a presidential election.” In other words, the Biden administration is weaponizing its legal and political apparatchiks in a coordinated and unprecedented effort to bog down the frontrunner in the 2024 presidential election.

A better, and achievable solution has been raised by Matt Gretzky. The branch closest to We The People blocks it. Have some House Committee subpoena Trump to testify RE J6. And give him immunity for that testimony. Thus canceling this indictment. H*ll the Democrats spent 2 years telling their side of the story. The Congressional Record deserves Trump’s side. No new SCOTUS precedent needed. Zero Rat votes needed. Just majority vote from one suitable House committee. The only question is are enough House anti-Trump RINOs left in position to block it
Yes, Levin was ALL IN on Cruz. At the time, there was someone who had come up with close to concrete evidence the Cruz campaign had bought an entire truckload of stale unsold Levin books, to return the favor, so to speak. Whoever was reporting it had him pretty much nailed down on it. And even though the controversy was swirling all around him for at least a couple of weeks, he refused to ever even address it on his show, which was another thing that made it all the more likely, at least to me. As I said I went from a huge fan to never listening again.
and yet, Mark Levin apparently is hated here on Free Republic. I don’t get it.
The Roberts court won’t take this on as they turned a blind eye to all the fraud in the 2020 election, refusing to even look at the preponderance of evidence. To take this on would be to admit - they were wrong.
