Former Trump fixer Michael Cohen raised questions Wednesday about why Mark Meadows and Jared Kushner were missing from the latest indictment against former President Trump, suggesting the possibility that they could be cooperating witnesses.
This week’s federal indictment against Trump, which charges him with four crimes related to his efforts to cling to power after the 2020 election, lists six unnamed co-conspirators, many of whose identities have been unveiled by the media.
Cohen, Trump’s former attorney who is now an outspoken critic of the former president, pointed out that Meadows, Trump’s former chief of staff, and Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law and senior White House adviser, evidently are not among the six unnamed co-conspirators.

Actually, there is reason to believe that Meadows and Kushner have cooperated with the prosecution. Cooperating witnesses though do not assure a conviction.
Who is the bigger embarrassment? Cohen or The Hill for publishing this crap?
Imagine the ridicule if Fox or another Conservative outlet ran regular stories on Mike Lindell’s opinions and suggestions the way the left wing media fawns over Cohen.
Cohen is pure slime, but there’s multiple reports of Meadows flipping out there the last few days.
Hopefully Trump will be proven innocent, but it could be both his VP and his Chief of Staff testifying against him, which would not be good.

Don’t think that his ownership of over a dozen NYC Taxi medallions was simply a business investment.
He’s a goof, but on point in raising the question here.
Meadows is especially suspect on this, and Kushner is Kushner.

A “news” source that gives a platform to a convicted perjuror (Michael Cohen), as though he is some kind of expert on politics, is not helping its credibility.
This is political. Pence and Meadows have come out against Trump. They won’t be touched.
Agree. It was noted by Mark Levin this morning that the indictment against Trump did not include charges of "inciting an insurrection." Regardless of the lack of legal proof such a charge would carry, I suspect that Smith has this or other charges in his back pocket and ready to go just as he put forth additional charges in the Mar-a-Largo case.
As more incriminating evidence is revealed in the Biden criminal activity, DOJ and the Biden White House need to counter these with more charges against trump. Of course, the Georgia election interference charges are still to be revealed so the damn Dims have even more material to throw at Trump to keep the always hungry legacy media well fed. It's going to be a long 15 months until the election.
Why is Cohen missing from his jail cell?
