The FR Canteen is Free Republic's longest running daily thread
specifically designed to provide entertainment and moral support for the military.
The doors have been open since Oct 7 2001,
the day of the start of the war in Afghanistan.
We are indebted to you for your sacrifices for our Freedom.

Good evening, Pro...hope you are still having not too hot weather.

Greetings to all at the Canteen!
To all our military men and women, past and present,
THANK YOU
for your service!

Howdy, lauren.
Darn the luck, I wasn’t able to get here early enough to catch you still here. :-( I hope all’s hunky-dory.
Howdy, Kathy.
Another day up there starting out cloudy and ending with clear skies and sunshine. And warm!
Busy at Lake Hood today. Seaplane pilots picking up the dipnetters at Kenai since today was the last day for that season.

So far so good on the recovery from surgery. I'm going to start using Clearlax today and also start back up on my regular diet for today with chicken. We'll see how all of this goes.
How's everyone doing this morning?
