In a chaotic scene, Hunter’s defence attorney, Chris Clark, exploded, saying the deal was ‘null and void’. After hours of further grilling and negotiations, Judge Noreika didn’t reject the deal entirely, but told the prosecutors and defence attorneys to clarify the terms and return to court within 30 days.

The article fills in a lot of the otherwise missing details. . . Worse still for the Bidens, polls show that most Americans believe that Hunter has received special protection from the DoJ and FBI. And if it’s eventually proven that Joe lied about his involvement with Hunter and the millions paid to his family, all bets are off. Such revelations could even be enough to force the Democrats to dump Biden and find another candidate for the 2024 election.

If Biden goes out, they won’t try to elevate Harris. She’s known to be awful.

People talk about Newsom, but I don’t get it. Sure, I bet the Democrats would love Newsom (and through voter fraud they could probably get Newsom). But does anyone in America look at the current state of California and say “That’s awesome! Who did that? We need to find the guy who did that to California and put him in charge of the whole country! That would be sweet!”

The Crimes are so much worse than those mentioned in the court filings, because most of the Evidence was banned from the Investigators and the hand picked DoJ stooges trying to score for Joe.

If we had a strong GOP that would be a crack in the armor of the Dems that could be exploited. The other side always exploits such things to the utmost.

I think they will, that is, Biden will. The only way out for the Big Guy is to make an arrangement with Harris where after Hunter gets charged the big guy gets the charges dropped. Then The Big Guy steps down and Harris absolves the Big Guy of any crimes. Harris may stick it to him in the end though.
