“If you were looking to hire an executive and 4 of 44 former staff indicated they wouldn’t hire the guy…”
You are comparing apples to oranges.
Corporate structures are entirely different from the political world.
In the corporate world, accountability has one metric — the bottom line. In the political world, the bottom line is deception.

This sure reflects poorly on his hiring.

They didn’t say they wouldn’t support him or that they were supporting someone else. They just haven’t yet said that they are endorsing Trump. They aren’t going to commit themselves too early. That makes sense. If he’s smart and has some perspective, Trump will recognize that. But he probably will just take it personally.

“It seems to me that Trump is a smart, funny, a poor judge of people, and lacks self control.”
How many billionaires do you know personally that do not have self-control or are poor judges of people?
Do you have more self-control than Trump? How would you know that?
I always like Trump, but just before the scheduled 2nd debate with the witch the tapes came out. The talking heads were gathered around the table and giggling, snickering, wondering if Trump would even show up for the debate, or if he would show up just to remove himself from the race. I mean, they had him completely over.
I will never forget how astonished I was at Trump — he not only showed up but he completly wiped the floor with Hillary. It was truly amazing. That is the only presidential debate I would watch again in its entirety.
And you claim he has no self-control. Not too many people could walk into that snake den and come out the victor, hands down.

The fact that only 4 of 44 members of Trump's Cabinet support Trump, speaks volumes. But no matter how overwhelming the facts are, the True Believers will continue to kneel before the altar of their false god.

You missed the point. These are 40 people that Trump picked, that now after working with Trump, do not support him.

But I thought he was gonna 'drain the swamp' if elected in 2016? You mean Mitch McConnell's wife wasn't anti-swamp when Trump hand picked her to a top level post in his administration? I'm shocked I tell ya, shocked...
