I went looking for Russia's UN petition. The UN doesn't have a copy posted and has dismissed Russia's request for an investigation as 'baseless' and 'lacking evidence', as have all the usual actors in the mainstream media.
The only place I could find any details about Putins UN petition was on the Russia.gov website. I posted a thread for that information here:
I can see why Russia may include investigation of those labs as a peace talk requirement, but I haven't found any text specifying his peace negotiation terms.
I know Zelensky has said in the past he would only negotiate if Russia left the Ukraine and compensated Zelensky for damage done.

Compared to what Russia stole initially in Ukraine... Ukraine has managed to take back about half of it. Not bad, knowing that Russia is the number two military force in the world and that they did a sneak-attack On Ukraine without even declaring war... which makes it look like a terrorist attack.
