It’s not the color of the skin nor is it the tribal structure that suppresses the African.
It is the willfull neglect and desire of the advanced Western nations that does not allow the African to advance.
It is to the advantage of the western nations to keep Africa in turmoil and abject poverty.
While politically independent from France, are not the commercial ties still making Niger dependent on French interests??
