It is the willfull neglect and desire of the advanced Western nations that does not allow the African to advance.
It is to the advantage of the western nations to keep Africa in turmoil and abject poverty.
It has always been a puzzle to me why Europeans did not colonize Africa first before the New World. It’s not like they didn’t know it was there......................
