CHINO, Calif. - State Superintendent of Schools Tony Thurmond was told to leave a school district meeting in Southern California after expressing his opposition to a policy that requires administrators to inform parents if their child identifies as transgender.

Thurmond was escorted out of the meeting held by the Chino Valley Unified School District when he exceeded his allotted one-minute speaking time. He used his time to voice concerns about the policy, stating that it would violate the privacy rights of students. He described being "forcibly removed."

He used his time to voice concerns about the policy, stating that it would violate the privacy rights of students.

Minors have no privacy rights when it comes to their parents.

Parental rights is against the constitution...

The Liberal Constitution, that is.

(Somebody should draw up what the Liberal Constitution would look like. Perhaps something close to resembling the Communist Manifesto: But more radical.)

Guy thinks that teachers have the right to the private matters of the student. What a pompous jerk. Also a drama queen. Guy is an incompetent career politician. Wants to be governor.

Anybody who supports keeping the parents uninformed is supporting child molesting. This goes for “identifying” as well as abortions without parental consent.

When I was going through the diploma mill, I also picked up a teaching certificate. Even then, the concept of in loco parentis was gleefully seen by the education college "visionaries" as something of a blank check, as opposed to my teacher parents' viewpoint. My dad was a bit relieved when I made the decision to go into the private sector, as he - quite accurately - predicted where "public schools" were headed.
