A Russian military aircraft was exposed to "the guidance systems" of F-16 fighter jets of the U.S.-led coalition during a routine patrol over Syria's southern border, Rear Admiral Oleg Gurinov was quoted as telling TASS news agency on Thursday.
According to Gurinov, who serves as the deputy head of the Russian Reconciliation Centre for Syria, the F16s "affected" the Russian aircraft with their guidance systems. He provided no further details.
Gurinov also made fresh accusations that the pilots of the coalition had violated Syrian airspace several times over the past day.

Was the F-16 upside-down and right on top of the Russian fighter’s cockpit, with the F-16 pilot giving the Russian pilot the middle-finger?
If not, if was just an innocent mistake by the American fighter pilot.
The Russians are referreing to locking on with the missile guidance radar. This is generally regarded as a hostile act.

Might not be brilliant but this type of gamesmanship happens between the US and Russia, and the US and China, and has been going on for decades. And it goes both ways.
