Delegate Stacey Plaskett (D-VI) defended censorship on Thursday, arguing that certain views should not enjoy the free speech protections of the First Amendment, which she said was limited by the Supreme Court.
Plaskett, the ranking member of the minority on the House Weaponization Subcommittee, attacked the alleged views of one of the witnesses, Democratic Party presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, calling them hateful.
“This is not the free speech that I know of,” she said. She recalled a recent controversy over remarks Kennedy made about the coronavirus affecting some population groups more than others, among other past comments.

I don’t think that the democrats realize their actions during these hearings are the best witnesses of all.

*By “OUR democracy” they mean “THEIR democracy” where you shut the hell up and OBEY.
Hopefully there won’t someday be a majority SCOTUS that agrees with her.

Has NO vote in Congress whatsoever. She represents ostensibly the US Territory of the Virgin Islands. Same as if she were from Puerto Rico. Not a state therefore NO vote in any decision.
Her task assigned by voting members who ARE answerable to the whole of the US as well as their districts within actual states— her task appears to be a BIG MOUTH full of fecalform demonrat bacteria.
The Constitution and its Bill of Rights outlines the Right of People to assemble, freedom of speech within limitations of harm to other People, and NOT delimited by Supreme Court within the exceptions the Court has decided. And the Court has decided MANY times against censorship.
Rich that she castigates RFK,Jr for telling the truth and exposing who her backers are— by justifying shutting him up. Jim Jordan should be praised for restraint in not smacking her across the mouth with is Left hand, appropriately.
Remember this biotch was on the 2nd impeach 45— conducted after Trump left office! Never before, and never again a travesty of this govt.

I just watched RFK Jr’s opening statement where he discarded his prepared one to respond to her accusations and gave a stirring five-minute spontaneous defense of the first amendment and his own statements saying he is not anti-Semitic or racist. At the end the audience applauded. The Dims went into a frenzy and wanted the hearing to go into executive session. Their motion was tabled. Fascinating to watch and quite spellbinding.
A real hit at parties.
Whether any here likes or doesn’t like RFk,Jr— he is correct about the DESIGN of SARS-Covid 19. Designed with the help of the NIH/Fauci (a true NAZI pal of the Chi-Coms)— to target primarily non-Han Asian populations within China and the diaspora, and genomically designed to attack these Asian populations (as in Taiwan, the original target) as well as African descent or mixed racial descent, and all other Asian descent NOT of the protected Han Dynasty descent ruling class within the Chi-Com machinery.
It didn’t work out well because the people they tested it on— the Uyghurs of the labor camp on the Mongolian border- spilled it over into the PLA bozos who administered it— and it went far and wide within China- and thus to the rest of the world (esp. Italy who imports 300K contract chinese labor flown in annually to make “Italian” leather goods, and other labeled Italian products within EU rules. Italians were hugely infected/died from Covid.

This requires some study but the info is there. And this “thing” from Virgin Islands is working against her own “people” as she breaks into the Martha’s Vineyard Nazis of Obamaumao and Moochie freak show.
Unfortunately, on Fox we didn’t get to see the Breitbart witness who followed Kennedy give her testimony about big tech censoring the story of Hunter’s laptop.
