Report: NATO Almost Reconsidered Ukraine Invite After Zelensky Outburst
Breitbart ^ | 07/14/2023 | John Hayward

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s exasperated complaint about the slow pace of an invitation for his country to join NATO, delivered as the annual NATO summit began in Vilnius, Lithuania, may have actually moved the process backward by alienating the United States and allied leaders, the Washington Post claimed this week, citing unnamed sources.

Zelensky on Tuesday called it “unprecedented and absurd” for NATO to speak vaguely about inviting Ukraine to join without setting a time frame and to add “conditions” by demanding political reforms not demanded of the two newest alliance members, Finland and Sweden.

Zelensky is just a puppet. The real motives of NATO are too important to let Zelensky get in the way.

Reconsidered because of his outburst? Now THAT’S some backbone.

And what kind of lunacy would allow him in while engaged in a war? So NATO would immediately be at war with Russia? Or NATO would just ignore a “member” at war?

This was always a clownish idea.

” about inviting Ukraine to join without setting a time frame and to add “conditions” by demanding political reforms not demanded of the two newest alliance members, Finland and Sweden.”

Those two and Ukraine are light years apart as to political reform, corruption and crime. Amazing he thinks they are about the same.

What was supposed to have been the counteroffensive victory party turned into a bitter episode of accusations and finger-pointing within NATO.

Time for a cease fire with Russia.

They’re looking for an excuse to get out of the tar pit in which they’ve found themselves.

As I said before, I’m not a fan of Zelinsky at all. But in our mockery of him, we should at least save some heavy scorn and disgust for those NATO leaders. They led him down the Primrose Path, told him they were all in 100%. They vetoed the cease-fire treaty last year that he signed with Russia in Turkey.
And then when he’s really seriously backed into a corner, they turn their backs on him… Literally. For them NATO it’s just a big dinner party and social event. Look at them in that picture laughing, clinking champagne glasses, having a grand old time at the retreat. Those disgusting sociopaths. And don’t worry, they have the same exact contempt for the American voter.

That would make no sense whatsoever that, a complaint or outburst would make NATO or any nation reconsider the invitation.

After all, Ukraine is the elephant in the room, especially when it comes to NATO. No NATO meeting could be held without talking about Ukraine and the war. And, ZElensky is Ukraine, like it or not.

The childish move would have been to not talk to Zelensky, since Unraine is topic #1 in today’s NATO.

Look at the picture in post 6 above. It appears that somebody is not talking to the little temper tantrum throwing TWERP.

That’s just a picture. That’s not indicative of what occurred in the meeting. And as I recall, there were plenty of cameras and reporters and VIPs around him.

Ukraine is still the hottest topic for NATO in the near future.

Well, it’s certainly indicative of what was happening at the time of the picture… the overbearing, demanding little poseur was being ignored.

NATO leaders are borrowing a line from the movie Animal House when talking to Zelensky, “You f***** up. You trusted us.”

Another line I like is: “A true friend will stab you in the front.”
