For years, gun-grabbing politicians in Massachusetts have been chipping away at the Second Amendment, imposing some of the harshest gun-control in the country. Now, it appears they want to do away with your Constitutional rights altogether.
This week, Massachusetts politicians put forth HD 4420, “an act modernizing firearm laws.” This massive piece of legislation re-writes gun laws in the Commonwealth and imposes unprecedented gun-control. Every NRA member and gun rights supporter in Massachusetts is urged to contact lawmakers now and tell them to oppose HD 4420.
HD 4420 leaves no stone unturned when it comes to restricting your Second Amendment rights. Below are just some of the numerous anti-gun policies in this massive bill.
As written, HD 4420:
Institutes a new, broad “Assault Weapons Ban,” including firearms already owned by law-abiding citizens. Bans all federally legally tax-stamped automatic firearms. Gun bans on possessing any gun, loaded, or unloaded at: All state, county, and municipal buildings. All polling places. Any private property unless the owner has provided express consent or has posted signage allowing firearms on their property. Mandates Safe Storage laws. Mandates new training requirements including costly written exams and live fire training. Mandates registration of all guns and feeding devices. Mandates reporting of any modifications or new parts to a gun. Mandates serializing all firearm parts. Bans anyone under 21 from acquiring or carrying any semi-automatic rifle or shotgun. Bans anyone under 15 taking part in shooting sports and training. Places new mandates, protocols, and training requirements on retailers.
It started with gun control in Massachusetts, and it ends with gun control in Massachusetts.
Touche’
Just a smidgen of infringement.
Should include Law Enforcement. “Sorry officer I refuse permission... This is private property you have to take it off and leave it in the car”.
Calling Mr. Bruen. Mr. Bruen, please pick up the white courtesy phone.
Looks like they are just copying Hawaii gun laws.
I tire of mainland ignoring the shit we Hawaii citizens
have to deal with.
Difference is, we ignore the government.
I hope this does away with that whole scheme.

YOU ARE ENTERING THE AMERICAN SECTOR
Can't stamp a serial number on, let's say, an AR-15 detent spring.
This is a de-facto gun ban.
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated,...”
Gun registration violates Amendment IV - it has the primary purpose of confiscation in violation of Amendment II.
“No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same...”
Amendment XIV, Section 3 states what should happen to government officials who rebel against our Constitution (and its Bill of Rights).

...yaaah, good luck with that.
It’s irritating when illegal laws are passed but it’s done on purpose.
It’s a bill and not a law.
The rebellion against our Constitution is confined to its sponsors (and enablers).
Rebels will not be getting their jobs back, or their pensions, or job-related medical benefits.
Think of your child’s/spouse’s medical needs before (and not after) engaging in rebellion.
Thdre are some folks somewhere within 48 CONUS that have OPINED that “these sorts of politicians need to be bug sprayed, however, if somebody does, just like those “little Texas sized kitchen inspectors’, they come back double!”
I’m surprised it took the loonie birds in that state this long to try this.
