The easiest way to identify a hopelessly lost cause is to listen to the gurgitation of idiocy coming from those advancing and/or sponsoring said cause. A prime example of same is the outrageous claim written in a dissenting opinion by associate justice of the Supreme Court Ketanji Brown Jackson in Students for Fair Admissions v. President and Fellows of Harvard College.
In what appeared to be a last ditch effort to give a single-digit salute to the six SCOTUS justices whose decision effectively ended melanin-coded affirmative action as consideration for college admission, Jackson threw everything at the wall hoping something would stick.
She attempted to redeem an unfair, racist practice of disqualifying students based on the absence of melanin by claiming it was fair and realized equality. She argued: "Diversity saves lives" and is essential for "marginalized communities." She asserted that diversity is for the "betterment" of students and society at large beyond college campuses.

One would think that this intellectual giant would be focusing her brain cells on how to identify a woman.
I hear they can be more like a man. ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฉ
Getting this voodoo witch doctor off our court should be a top priority.
Weird... I don’t see the words ‘fair’, ‘diversity’, or ‘marginalized’ anywhere in the constitution.
I guess she does not understand her job.
Was she an affirmative action benefiter her whole life?
Her focus should be changing the environment’s of the areas where they must focus and support education for achievement, not hand them something they find difficult to obtain and/or compete.
Texas has a Top 10% of class can go to universities law. I have family whose kids were in a rural district and their boy was in the top 10% of 20 kids of his school. He was accepted to UT in Austin and failed after his freshman year.
I love how Clarence Thomas spanked her like a naughty child. She should have worked harder.
Some ethnicities have “smart” genes, and do very well on exams and academically, like Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Korean, Thai and others. Colleges should be flooded with them, and they should be over-represented. Their merit and achievement should be rewarded.
Other ethnicities have their talents in other areas, and have a culture that discourages people from learning the language, studying hard, being honest and taking pride in legitimate achievements.
Under affirmative action, the slackers are rewarded, and so they have no reason to be anything but slackers. Logical. Makes sense. If you can get free college on your looks, free tuition, inflated marks, a job you aren’t qualified for, then why work hard?
A kid wrote “black lives matter” 100 times on a college application, and was accepted.
Like Sotomayor KJB writes through a bigoted prism that spells out how she would like things to be rather than through a legal framework.
Yeah but they want to add four more unqualified ignorant assclowns to the mix. Lucky me, one of my two senatorettes responded that she would keep my wishes in mind should the bill come to the floor. I bet she will......
Well, kadisha MAY have been shown some sort of equity plus to her “achievements”. Special treatment is NOT equal treatment!
People have asked for the last 15 years, โVijay, how did you come up with pretending like youโre black to get into medical school? That was crazy, huh?โ
In the early 1990s, the Division of Community and Minority Programs of the Association of American Medical Colleges devised Project 3,000 by 2000. This program set the quantitative target (a quota โ official or unofficial) of increasing minority enrollment in US medical schools from 1,584 to 3,000 between 1990 to 2000.
Many medical schools, including St. Louis University, where I eventually attended, jumped on this program.

Saw this yesterday someplace. Do what you gotta do. Works for shaun king and Rachael dolezal.
EXACTLY!!!!
I thought humans were well past racism. If one can’t learn, it’s not their fault. Good teachers that are only interested in doing the best they can for everyone are needed. Kids need to be ‘pumped’ up, not ‘crushed’ down. But then there are those who are determined to lower the bar instead....works for votes.
Ketanji Brown Jackson—Harvard-endorsed dunce!!!!
Merrick Garland—Harvard-endorsed crook!!!!
Approx. 20 Million preborn black babies have been murdered by overwhelmingly White abortionists...discuss.
How degrading it i to be recognized because of what you are instead of who you are but they are comfortable with it
