Peru has declared a “national health emergency” as cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome continue to soar out of control.
Over the weekend the government of Peru declared a 90-day health emergency as a result of an “unusual increase” in cases of the rare Covid vaccine-induced disorder.
Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) is a rare disease where the body’s immune system attacks part of the nervous system.
Peru is not alone, however, as cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome have been spiking around the world following the introduction of the mRNA Covid shots. Additionally, researchers advise that older individuals who received the respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine from Pfizer be kept under observation for Guillain-Barre syndrome.
Health officials are aware of the disease’s risk, though, as two elderly people who received the shot during clinical trials developed Guillain-Barre syndrome. In clinical trial results published in the New England Journal of Medicine, scientists reportedly cautioned of the risks.
“If RSVpreF vaccine is approved and recommended, these adverse events warrant close monitoring in future studies and with real-world data and postmarketing surveillance,” the scientists wrote.
The study, which was published Wednesday, was supported by Pfizer.

How are they specifically connecting the GBS to Covid shots?
If you watch ads on tv for a number of new medications, they warn that GBS may be an adverse affect. SO, how do they know which is the cause if people had the covid shot & started one of these meds around the same time?

Even if that’s the case I seriously doubt it accounts for more than a fraction of this “unusual increase”.
Because if it wasn’t the shot that caused it, it wouldn’t be newsworthy.

It’s not rare anymore. The home health nurse that came weekly to take care of my husband said that several of her elderly patients got GBS after taking the Covid vax. She advised us not to take it. I said, “Don’t worry. Not happening.”
The disorder is rare and the cause is generally unknown, but a study has found 2/3 of cases followed an infection, the Zika virus, sometimes a general gastrointestinal virus and yes, Covid infection.
The Covid vax after several months loses its ability to prevent infection with Covid and so that infection can then give rise to this disorder. The global population has had so many Covid cases one would expect more instances of this disorder.
There may be something to be learned in this matter recognizing that Peru suffered the most Covid deaths per million population in the world — 6552. East Europe close behind. The US and UK were have been so far 3400ish.
Peru was smashed by Lambda summer 2021, which did not spread death elsewhere particularly. Lambda reached other countries, but did not kill there anywhere near as many as in Peru. Reasons unknown.
My MIL was been bed ridden for nearly a year now thanks to the shots giving her this.
She finally has regained enough ability to at least be able to walk up and down the 2 steps into her home, so she doesn’t nee d to be carried in and out of her house and be completely wheelchair or bed bound 100% of the time.
She’ll likely never recover fully from the damage these shots did to her.
It WAS rare until covid shots came along.
