I will take ANY ‘small victory’ against the evil Socialists these days. Thanks for posting this! :)
God Bless our Founding Fathers. They KNEW creeps like this would exist one day; they did SO much to protect our freedoms, as God-given and designed to STAY THAT WAY in our Constitution.
P.S. ‘republicans?’ Get. Your. Act. Together! Senator Ron Johnson from Wisconsin can’t carry ALL of this enormous weight! ;)

The President and the executive agencies are funded by Congress and therefore they should not seek to censor.
Congress cannot buy as per Amendment I a bully to suppress the press.

If you haven’t been watching, MO has quietly turned into a deep red state with some exemplary leadership. The two big cities are still a festering boil of communism, but outside city limits, it smells like freedom.

fauci is mentioned in the suit

According to the wording of the motion denial, the Court makes it clear that First Amendment speech rights outweigh any “public good” of censorship. That tallies with what I remember from grade school civics: “The cure for bad speech is more speech.” Nothing in the ruling prohibits any Executive Branch department, or agents thereof, from expressing their opinions. The only thing prohibited is the active plea for censorship — and even that prohibition has common-sense exceptions.

They'll appeal this to the Supreme Court, then — assuming they lose — they'll ignore the ruling and continue on with their program.

Well, you’re the second to notice.
I’m not this judge, but I approved of this announcement,
once I read it here thousands of miles away.

It’s a joke, or might be a joke, depending on whether they do the same thing they did to Gal Luft today.

Yes. I saw that. But Gal Luft has protectors in Israel.
And I bet he has recordings of the visit the DOJ made to talk with him.
He has the goods on the DOJ. And on Biden and on his family.
Expose it all.
End it.

It will get harder for them, at a minimum, since the people now know they’re exposed to prosecution (or at least losing their jobs), should Trump win.
