And today I saw my FIRST REPORT of UKRAINIAN USE OF A CHEMICAL WEAPON.
That report may or may not be true and, if true, it doesn’t mean it was sanctioned by the Ukrainian government. It could have been a “one-off” improvised toxic chemical dispersal device.
