By then, I don’t expect to be seeing Uncle Joe still at the helm.
Gov. Gavin Newsom, will the nation see you in Sept. 2024?
Don’t sell us out, as I suspect you would happily do for more PC points.
Don’t fence us in!

Would this be considered a treaty?
“For the treaty to succeed, two-thirds of senators must vote in support, giving treaties a high bar for passage. The Senate does not ratify treaties themselves, in any case. If passed, the resolution goes back to the executive branch, and it is then ratified between the United States and the foreign entity.”

The article says Biden supports this. However, unless the Senate ratifies it, it is not worth the paper it is printed on, just like the Iran deal, Paris Accord, Kyoto treaty, etc..

It will be ratified in 2024, because they’ve been working hiding their for the past four years.

However, The Constitution gives to the Senate the sole power to approve, by a two-thirds vote, treaties negotiated by the executive branch.
So are you saying the Republicans are going agree to ratify this?

The Iran deal went into effect without Senate approval, just because Obama said so.

First, how many Republicans are globalists? Can you trust the Mitt Romneys of the party to not make a fatal stab at the country if they think they are without accountability for their actions because the US will be managed from the outside if this becomes ratified?
Second, as I mentioned, they’ve had a further 4 years to refine their cheating to become even more undetectable, along with how many more millions of Third worlders that are just waiting to take over?

I believe that the Senate would have to ratify this action because it sounds like a treaty. I’m not sure that the Senate would do the right thing however.
