Ukraine’s top general has blamed the slow progress of the country’s counteroffensive against Russia on a supposed lack of Western-supplied weaponry and fighter jets.
Valery Zaluzhny, Ukraine’s military commander-in-chief, aired his frustrations with the growing concern in Western capitals and media that his forces are not making the expected gains against the heavily entrenched Russian forces.

And it takes me a long time drive places because Biden didn’t give me a Ferrari.
Our fault for not sending $Billions More.
The money laundering, child trafficking, bio weapon labs, and Nazi soldiers arent enough. Effem!
Real leaders do not complain. They find a way.
This is why from a NATO and USA perspective, the entire Ukraine War is a fraud and has been the entire time.
Russia may not be a quality professional military, but they do have various precision weapons, an air force, navy, attack helicopters, etc., basically they have a full capability military.
They also have a numerical advantage in terms of the number of people they are willing to throw into the battle.
If NATO and the USA were serious about defeating Russia, they would have been providing everything Ukraine needed in terms of equipment and training long before this war began and not the incremental escalation that will never arrive in time to save Ukraine.
Modern fighter jets and capable air force requires modern jets and months if not years of training to work.
Ukraine is being sacrificed for the MIC and the oligarchs who run it.
Criticize the whole thing if you want, corruption, soros, Biden….. but his point is true. Try doing desert storm, iraq, Afghanistan ww2….without sufficient air power and see how it goes.
Just making an operations and tactical point. Wishing we washed our hands of the whole thing doesn’t change that fact.
Ukraine-Russia? Not my pasture, not my bull$hit.
I keep saying terms like “Counter Offensive” and “Spring Initiative” are fundraising initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Nothing happens, Russia still keeps the real estate it took, yet massive amounts of money and equipment disappear.

That may be, I am of the same mindset. However, there comes a time when the obvious corruption , grifting, ineffectivity and massive welfare must stop.
EVERYTHING about Ukraine stinks, the stench is getting unbearable.
One easy way to tell who is losing a fight, or war, is by who is responding to the other's actions... that's who's losing.
"We" are losing in Ukraine.
Reich general rips his mouth away from out nipple long enough to criticize us. All for his “right” to abuse Russian speakers in the east.
What if Ukraine has become a swear word?
I’m no military expert, it seems basic to me given the defensive lines the Russians have built it will be next to impossible for Ukraine to penetrate them without establishing air superiority which they never will without a modern well trained Air Force
The Russians know immediately when Ukraine attempts to advance based on the drones and other air assets, if the mines don’t stop the Ukrainian attack, the attack helicopters, precision artillery, missiles and attack aircraft pummel the Ukrainian armor
Get those F16s to Ukraine asap!
Aw c’mon. Just conscript a few more modern-day Nazis. That’ll do the trick.
“Over the last months I used a spreadsheet to list and sum up the Ukrainian casualties as they are listed in the daily reports of the Defense Ministry of Russia. These numbers are likely a bit too high but by what percentage, 10 or 20%, is hard to say.
From June 1 to June 30 the numbers sum up to: 313 tanks, 815 Infantry Fighting Vehicles and other armored vehicles, 313 howitzer and other long range artillery systems. The Ukraine also lost some 21,900 men which gives an average of 730 per day.
During the month the Russian air defense claimed to have shot down 15 Ukraine planes, 5 helicopters, 200 HIMARS and 20 Storm Shadow 'wonder weapon' missiles. Those numbers do not include the significant damage Russia has done to defense repair shops, weapon and ammunition depots all over Ukraine with its constant long range missile attacks. In total the Ukraine lost in one months more than Zaluzhny requested back in December and more than it has received during the time since.” ……………….
“ At the beginning of June, under pressure for the U.S., the Ukrainian army finally launched its counteroffensive. It was a dud. The Ukrainian troops entered the Russian security zone miles away from the real defense lines and immediately ran into mine fields and came under intense artillery fire. After 4 weeks of fighting they 'liberated' some 50 square miles of open land and a few small settlements. This came at significant costs: ……...
For example the first hour and a half of the 37th’s assault near Velyka Novosilka, the Russians bombarded the unit with nonstop shelling that penetrated their AMX-10 RC armored vehicles, according to Grey, another soldier in the battalion who spoke on the condition that he be identified only by his call sign. The armored vehicles, sometimes called “light tanks,” were not heavy enough to protect the soldiers, Grey said, and had to be positioned behind them instead of in front.
... “Everyone expected that we would have some kind of support, but unfortunately, for some reason, there was none,” Lumberjack said. His commander had little experience, he said, and had counted on assistance from artillery units. “But he got confused when he saw that there was none.”
At this speed it will take the Ukraine many years of fighting and an unlimited supply of weapons and men to kick the Russians out:
To put the matter in perspective: Today, Russia controls about 17 percent of the territory that was previously Ukraine’s. If Ukrainian forces are no more successful in the weeks ahead than they have been so far, Ukraine will not recapture all of its territory for 16 years……
