That's the point. Sandra Day O'Conner in her opinion in 2003 wrote that, in effect, we'll allow racial discrimination in favor of blacks and by implication against whites and asians for now but it can't go on forever and in 25 years we won't allow it anymore. Implying that blacks needed to get it together and they had one final generation to take advantage of their advantage and pull it together or live with the consequences.

It has to stop sometime. Blacks had their chance at special treatment to address past wrongs. They, as a group, and with very many honorable exceptions, blew it.

Oh, really? Then explain why asian IQ’s are higher than caucasion IQ’s and caucasion IQ’s are higher than black IQ’s? (All of that is on average) BWT, it’s not education.
