Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said an effort to impeach President Biden now lacking due process would be “dead on arrival” in the Senate.
Graham said during a Friday appearance on “The Hill” on NewsNation that Republicans argued that Democrats did not give former President Trump the right to due process during the impeachment proceedings against him in 2019 and 2021, and he does not believe anyone should be impeached without a hearing being held.

Graham has always been clear on where his loyalties lie. He will always defend the uniparty, the deepstate and biden. Conservatives? Never.

The Trump impeachments were a joke - Democrat posturing recognized as such. Senators would have been playing games on their phones during the trial if CSPAN cameras wouldn’t have caught it.
A Biden impeachment at this point would be, if possible, even worse. My guess is that the Senate gives the House managers 30 minutes to present, Biden waves a defense, and Schumer calls the question, the impeachment fails something like 70-30, getting less than half of what would be required for a conviction.
Due process comes in the Senate trial of the impeached after the House has brought forward articles and voted on whether they rise to impeachment level.

Due process? Impeachment is a political process.
Thanks to McCain, it was always obvious that the highest priority in the senate was collegiality, aside from the mandatory bashing by a GOP drone of his own party.
So let’s get this straight....we’re finally seeing the cracks in the Biden crime family emerge into a real problem, so now we have leverage, leverage that could be used to stop the DOJ from continuously going after PDJT....instead we say, ‘no’, we need to be ‘nice’?

I think it was in the 80s that this phrase, “dead on arrival” was used to refer to a budget proposal submitted to Congress. It just bothers me that the best our supposed leaders can do is talk in trite cliches. Others include gang of (number,) family discussions around the kitchen table, hard working families, paying one’s fair share, common sense laws, and of course the Trump selections: walls closing in, tightening nooses, and beginnings of the end. Our betters are a bunch of inarticulate simpletons
