she was not the manager of the store. The manager of the store was black and received no punishment.

The woman awarded the verdict managed the region of some 100 or so stores in four states including the Philadelphia area.

Glad she won; but the punitive damages are excessive. And punitive damages are generally a bad idea.

On appeal, an order of remittitur will be entered reducing the award to $10.00. There can be no racism against white people because they hold the power. Therefore, white people cannot be damaged by anything done to them.
