FBI Deputy Director Paul Abbate admitted during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday that the FBI redacted any mention of audio recordings of Joe and Hunter Biden in a document shown last week to Republican lawmakers in which an FBI informant alleged the Bidens were involved in a bribery scheme around 2015 and 2016
Under grilling from Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), Abbate confirmed: “What I will tell you with respect to the document, the document was redacted to protect the source.”

Kevin McCarthy is part of the scam being played out by the FBI and Garland.
I wouldn’t be surprised if it turns out that he is dirty which would explain his lack of action.

The FBI is the ONLY agency with both broad reaching law enforcement and Intel authority like it has.
That has been shown to be a problem.
Federal law enforcement and the IC should be reorganized where 1/2 of the FBI goes to the Intel world and the other 1/2 to law enforcement.
Additionally, you can roll ATF and DEA in under that new federal law enforcement entity since it’s redundant the way it is.
The Intel component would be in the IC but no longer with LEOs. You have an organizational separation with communication barriers/checks as well as physical seperation.
If things remain as they are, they will not get better with time. To great is the temptation to use the power of the FBI for political gain.
And he’ll be going on trial when?
How in the hell did this document end up being not classified in the first place? Does anyone else find that odd?
It is a reliable and well-placed important human source within a foreign country..... seems like that should be classified.
What the FBI did (and continues to do) is rotten to the core and I understand their political agenda but there are many things wrong with this picture -
Alleged bribery of a US politician (not investigated)
When a duly elected President wanted it looked at they impeached him and never volunteered this information (or the SARS).
Then they lied about it to congress and only admitted that this existed when confronted and told that congress had seen it.
All of a sudden this non-classified document is the most important type of classified information?
FBI shows once again just how corrupt it is. Redaction is supposed to be for classified and highly sensitive information relating to national security, not to protect the FBI or to protect Biden. The FBI needs to be destroyed, but the McConnels, Thunes, Cornyns Murkowskis et al don’t have the character of integrity to do it.
I am sick of the FBI. I am a taxpayer and the bureau has turned against The Constitution. Close the damn bureau down. They have become Public Enemy Number One.
That is obstruction of congress.
Impeach them for bias coverup.
Every day that goes by, more FBI corruption shows up. The stench coming from the FBI is almost unbearable.
The FBI criminals are not investigating this. They have been sitting on this for at least five years. It’s a cover-up. They need to go to prison, and the FBI needs to be disbanded. This is the moment of truth. Trump was literally impeached because he was too close to the truth here when he called Ukraine. It’s time for revenge. Trump needs to get shoved right down DC’s corrupt throat.

Tactics used previously only by the CIA against our worst enemies. Now the FBI uses those tactics on presidential campaigns, parents at school board meetings, churches, Elks Lodges, Rotary Club meetings, and such. Just who authorized that as ok?

Now, they’ve done themselves in. Now, only 3 or 4 people in the whole country believe a damn thing they say.
