The system is rigged.
Double bookmark.
Robert Barnes is the only lawyer Trump needs. This is brutal.
later
Tomorrow, if Judge Cannon does not rule the indictments null and void, then the Marxist Dems got to her with death threats or money.
then why doesn’t he hire him?
Why isn’t Barnes making $500k or more a year at a major law firm?
I keep calling but he doesn’t answer.
He does quite well. He has a solo practice representing as he puts it “underdog” clients. He represented Wesley Snipes in his tax case and got him off with just a couple misdemeanors. He represented the Covington Kids and got several in the media to retract their claims. He represented Amy Cooper the supposed Central Park Karen and got her off with all charges dropped.
He’s represented Ralph Nader and Jill Stein among others in election challenges, getting on the ballot in several states, etc etc.
He also made a great big pile of cash over in Britain and Ireland in 2016 betting on Trump to win the election.
Had no idea. Just burnt out on talking heads on both sides.
Lawyers at major firms have to resign from their firms to represent Trump.
Robert Barnes is always worth listening to.
Burnt out on talking heads…..
Me as well. I’ve abandoned many because they do not have the facts or insight worth watching. BUT I continue to watch Barnes, especially if it is Trump or election related. Been watching for years and he is the only one left that I continue to watch. And he has never been wrong.
Years ago he said the Durham fiasco would provide nothing. He was right. That’s the type of insight I prefer as opposed to wishful thinking or click baiting.
Him and Viva Frei host a show on rumble every Sunday 6-9 pm est. They cover several cases each week. The channel is Viva Frei
He just makes sense. It seems like every other legal analyst misses the majority of points Barnes makes. I don’t think the law and constitution are supposed to be difficult to understand. They can’t be considering most lawyers really are not all that bright. Maybe that’s the reason so many legal analysts are spewing pablum.
Judge Eileen Cannon has been replaced at the last minute with JudgeJonathan Goodman .
New: Magistrate to Preside Over Trump’s Arraignment in Florida – Not Aileen Cannon
They made such a big deal that he was in possession of classified documents. They raided his home because of the claim, yet Smith never charged him under the Presidential Records Act. Instead he went back 106 years, and used the Espionage Act in an attempt to find something to charge Trump with. Talk about grasping at straws.
It looks like Goodman is the arraignment/bond judge for the hearing tomorrow, while Aileen Cannon will remain as the judge for the trial.
The law and the U.S. Constitution are deliberately made difficult to understand by people like just about every @sshole in Washington who firmly believe that the U.S. Department of Justice is a "fourth branch" of the Federal government that rules over the other three.
You see this same sh!t time and time again -- invariably from career losers (Merrick Garland, Bill Barr, James Comey, Andrew McCarthy, etc,) who couldn't be gainfully employed anywhere outside the legal profession.
You just nailed it. They are compensating for their lack of competence. It’s really sickening that so many Americans have been dumbed down by government schools that they are unable to comprehend the constitution.
