It wasn't hard work, it is because "she" is really a man with stronger musculature than women.
The only solutions are to disallow men to compete in women's sports, have a separate category for trans athletes, or for all women to boycott such races and let the trans compete alone.
It is insane to believe that what is going on now is in any way fair given the real differences between men and women's strength.
