When life steals your lemonade stand money, keep making lemonade. That’s exactly what happened on Sunday afternoon on the corner of West 70th Street and Columbus Avenue.
According to an NYPD spokesperson, while 8-year-old entrepreneurial tycoon Julian Lin was running his lemonade stand, two young males (who appeared to be teens) waited in line and approached him, asking for lemonade. When Julian turned to give them drinks, they swiped his jar of money and blew the spot, riding their scooters south down Columbus Avenue.
Julian’s mom tells us the jar had between $100-$150 in it. He had been selling for 4 hours at the time of the incident (about 3:20 p.m.), but thankfully, some of his customers had paid him using Venmo.

There was a classic Gahan Wilson cartoon showing a lemonade stand with kids and unseen around the corner a few feet away were more kids with a higher price demanded for “lemonade antidote” as adults clutched their abdomens and writhed in pain.
When they describe the perps as “two young males” without mention of race, you just know what the race the ferals belong to. Victim not black, perps are black. If the roles were reversed, the news would mention the races involved. We’re doomed with this PC reporting.
It’s probably just more of Obama’s sons.
Who ever was keeping watch of this 8 year old selling lemonade should have collected his earnings every so often.

They should have kept quiet. $150 bucks on a non-licensed lemonade stand? They’ll put him and his Mom away for life for not giving the fascist F’ks their cut.
I’m actually surprised the city didn’t require a license and didn’t haul the boy’s parents off for allowing child labor. Unfortunately or maybe fortunately, the boy is learning some real world lessons about people. It’s a shame that it will partially destroy his innocence entirely too soon.
No “go Fund me” for this kid. Go figure. I’d love to throw a few bucks his way. He sends 30 percent of his earnings to charity.

I found this. Honestly this is one of the extremely rare times, I’d give to one of these. This kid was treated so badly. I think we should help out.
Kid’s got asian-ish features and Lin sounds a bit asian. Wonder if that may have been a factor.
