Theodore “Ted" Kaczynski, known as the “Unabomber,” has died in federal prison, a spokesperson for the Bureau of Prisons told The Associated Press on Saturday.
Kaczynski was found dead around 8 a.m. at a federal prison in North Carolina. A cause of death was not immediately known.
He had been moved to the federal prison medical facility in North Carolina after spending two decades in a federal Supermax prison in Colorado for a series of bombings that targeted scientists.
Kaczynski was serving life without the possibility of parole following his 1996 arrest at the primitive cabin where he was living in western Montana. He pleaded guilty to setting 16 explosions that killed three people and injured 23 others in various parts of the country between 1978 and 1995.

One less left-wing environmental whack job in the world. Enjoy hell.
And indoor plumbing.
Surely the thought crossed this nurse’s mind that she’s giving care to a ruthless killer. Not a scowl or a “how could you?”
You should read it—excerpts later on in this thread.
Mr. K. saw the evil heading our way.
It is here now.
Read it.
You will be nodding your head in agreement so much your neck will start hurting.
;-)
Read the Manifesto.
You will learn so much about why we are in the mess we are in....
He was an insane brilliant man, he saw all kinds of things.
Some of us do that without all the murdering and maiming, and crazy ideas mixed in with more accurate insights,
His main crazy idea was he thought that by killing a few scientists he could change the world for the better.
Blowing up dozens of people and devoting your life to killing and terrorism is wicked stuff.
If we took that attitude nobody convicted and in jail would get any medical care.
If we jail someone and take away their rights, we assume responsibility for them, since they are no longer free.
Since torture is frowned upon in our society, we are stuck with being humane to humans that are less than animals.
Perhaps we are too humane?
I’m an eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth sort of guy.
But I don’t trust our justice system.
Do you?
Perhaps we are too humane?
I’m an eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth sort of guy.
But I don’t trust our justice system.
In my youth I was stopped on my way home by the Highway Patrol and I was pretty drunk. He knew of my family.
“Do you know how fast you were going?”
“mm,mm” I responded crouching to the door of the cruiser so he couldn’t smell my breath.
“you don’t want to walk, do you?”
“mm,mm” was the response.
“Get your butt in that car and go home and I don’t want to see you again!”
He followed me home into the driveway and then turned around and left. He couldn’t do that today because if I had an accident on the way it WOULD HAVE BEEN HIS FAULT, NOT MINE.”
Some things I did as a youth would be national news today.
I don't either. If you've noticed how the justice system has persecuted Trump while letting Democrats walk free (Hillary, Hunter, etc) without so much as a trial, you'd hopefully reach the same conclusion. Federal law enforcement was weaponized under Obama and has been just another arm of the Democrat Party ever since.
“Pollard was mistakenly blamed for the crimes of Aldrich Ames, as well as his own crimes.”
