Trump Indicted for Crime Every Admin in Last 40 Years was Guilty Of
Frontpage Magazine ^ | June 9 2023 | Daniel Greenfield

This is once again a process crime created by the Dems investigating Trump

Selective criminalization is unequal justice. Selective criminalization aimed at political opponents is political repression.

Every administration since President Ronald Reagan’s has mismanaged classified documents, according to National Archives and Records Administration officials who spoke to a congressional committee behind closed doors in March.

Mark Bradley, who directs the agency’s Information Security Oversight Office, said that since 2010, his office has gotten more than 80 calls from libraries that have found classified information in papers belonging to members of Congress.

For example, Sen. Edmund Muskie, D-Maine — who left Congress in 1980 and was secretary of state in the last year of President Jimmy Carter’s administration — included 98 classified documents when his papers were given to Bates College.

Biden seemed to have dumped classified documents just about everywhere he set foot. Never mind Hillary and her server. Or the other manifold examples.

Since old dogs never learn any new tricks, this is once again a process crime created by the Dems investigating Trump. Indicting presidential associates on process crimes is one thing, but going after Trump on a process crime is unrealistic. But then this isn’t about actually winning the case, but winning an election.

Thanks for the PING.

I’m sure President in Exile Trump’s lawyers are all over this.

What a crock. I HATE the times we’re living in. How I loathe Mother Government! *SPIT*

the same way Ford pardoned Nixon.

And the same way Trump could have pardoned the J6ers who came to DC on his behalf, at his request.

We’re on the same train tracks as Rhodesia, South Africa, Venezuela, etc.
And the “locomotive” is running on steroids.
At some point, there has to be “resistance” to this utter communist/racist BS.

the J6ers who came to DC ...

Could the President pardon someone for a state, county or city crime? Don't know.

It is interesting how these cases get shopped around into different jurisdictions to make it more expensive and to (try to) block double jeopardy.

Today, this afternoon, EVERY single Republican should stand on the steps of the Capital and in the states on the steps of their legislatures and DENOUNCE THIS. If not, I will never support any of them.

I’m sorry, this is Ukraine style corruption and the GOP better wake up, not tomorrow, but today.

“But then this isn’t about actually winning the case, but winning an election.”

Exactly. It’s about putting doubt into people’s minds about Trump. The charges will eventually be dismissed or he will be exonerated, but I guarantee they will drag this out as long as possible.

Great graphic!

Of course, that one might make people think that only banana republics arrest their political opponents.

Ha! All he needs to ask is that JOE’S ‘handling’ of sensitive documents be investigated along with so called ‘allegations’ against his OWN possession and storage of documents!

Going this route opens up Pandora’s box. All living former Presidents and VPs are now on the chopping block for removing classified documents from the WH. If the judge rules Trump cannot declassify documents, there will be a sh%tstorm. Especially if RFK Jr gets elected which will be a real possibility.

What has happened to Trump is BS. This treatment may make independents sympathetic to Trump.

That said, why don't we fix the rules for handling classified and then follow the law?

The only people who are ever punished are underlings, and the price is usually very high.

Correction. YOU will be prosecuted for anything, illegal or not.
