He had all the speaking and confusion issues in the run up to 2020
They almost did so a while back when they said she had the Havana Syndrome.
Biden is a pathetic Deep State puppet. And he was only pushed forward in 2020 because Bernie Sanders was surging in the Dem primaries. The Deep State had no use for Bernie. So he had to be taken out. Biden, with his name recognition, did the job.
Sure, Biden looks bad to the neutral eye now. But he is still doing the Deep State’s bidding. And the media is still covering for him. So why replace Biden? Leave well enough alone.
